he PLTE Triceps Extension features a two-coated powder process with electrostatically applied powder coat finish and Black/Crimson red texture. The product has a 2" rebounded scrap foam + 10 mm high density foam with CGPC PVC cold latex leather and durable double stitched upholstery.
