    • We work with the leading distributors and suppliers in the region catering to the fitness industry and rest assured that although there could be a few unexpected delays occasionally due to delays from the supplier, is always at your assistance to resolve these issues and coordinate with the suppliers to solve it in a timely manner.


    • provides an excellent buying experience for all of its customers; however, packing, delivery, and returns are all handled by these sellers.


    • Delivery Charges: Delivery charges is free, provided the total purchase value is above a minimum threshold. Details of the charges, country wise, is outlined below;

Return Policy


    • Products purchased from are subject to the returns policy of the individual seller.
    • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      Perishable goods such as food, nutritional supplements, and drinks cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      Refunds (if applicable)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 14 working days.

      Sale items (if applicable)
      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

      Exchanges (if applicable)
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a gift voucher, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the same.
